Who we are
This website is run by GET EXPRESS CORP. (“GET Express”, “we”), a New York corporation and an authorized GlobalTranz agent. By using the site, our freight tools or any GET Express software, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
Quotes and shipments
Prices shown on this site or sent by email are quotes based on the details you give us. A quote can change if the weight, dimensions, freight class, addresses or services needed turn out to be different from what was quoted.
Shipments are arranged through GlobalTranz, the licensed property broker, and move under its terms and conditions together with the carrier’s bill of lading and rules tariff. Those documents, not this page, govern the transportation itself, including liability for loss or damage, claims and payment.
Freight tools
The freight class estimator, the mode sizer and our guides are provided for general information. They give estimates, not classifications or rates a carrier is bound by. The carrier’s inspection and the published classification rules decide the final class and charges.
Software and connected applications
GET Express operates software that connects to third-party services, including accounting software, to run its own business. That software is used only by GET Express on its own accounts. It is not offered, sold or licensed to anyone else, and no other person or company is granted a right to use it. It reads and writes only GET Express’s own business records and does not collect payment card or bank details from customers.
Acceptable use
- Give accurate shipment and contact details when you ask for a quote.
- Do not use the site to send unlawful, harmful or misleading content.
- Do not probe, overload or try to get around the security of the site or its forms.
- Do not copy the site’s content, design or software for commercial use without our written permission.
Our content
The text, design, graphics and software on this site belong to GET Express or are used with permission. GlobalTranz and carrier names and marks belong to their owners.
No warranty and limits on liability
The site, tools and software are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, GET Express is not liable for indirect or consequential losses that come from using the site or relying on an estimate. Nothing here limits a right you have under the terms that govern a shipment.

How we handle the information you share is set out in our privacy policy.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will change the effective date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
