When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the information you choose to give us: your name, company, email, phone number, and the shipment details you provide (origin, destination, weight, dimensions, commodity, dates, and notes). We do not ask for sensitive personal information, and you should not send it.

- To prepare your freight quote and respond to your request.
- To book, track, and manage shipments you ask us to move.
- To communicate with you about your freight and our services.
Who we share it with
To move your freight, we share the details needed to complete a shipment with the carriers and logistics partners in our network. We use service providers (for example, email and hosting) to run our business, and they may process your information on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking, and we do not sell or share what we measure.
We use Vercel Speed Insights to see how fast our own pages load for real visitors, so we can fix the slow ones. It sets no cookies and cannot identify you or follow you across sites. Each measurement records the page you were on, a load-speed reading, your browser, device type and operating system, rough network speed, and your country. That is all, and it is not tied to your name, your email, or your IP address.
How we protect it
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you share and limit access to the people who need it to serve you. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you have shared, or to stop contacting you, by emailing quotes@get-express.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
