What we collect

When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the information you choose to give us: your name, company, email, phone number, and the shipment details you provide (origin, destination, weight, dimensions, commodity, dates, accessorial needs, and notes). We do not ask for sensitive personal information, and you should not send it.

Our forms open an email in your own mail app rather than sending anything through this website. Nothing you type is stored here; it reaches us only when you send that email.

Why we use it

• To prepare your freight quote and respond to your request.
• To book, track, and manage shipments you ask us to move.
• To communicate with you about your freight and our services.

Who we share it with

To move your freight, we share the details needed to complete a shipment with the carriers and logistics partners in our network. We use service providers (for example, email and hosting) to run our business, and they may process your information on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no advertising cookies and does no cross-site tracking, and we do not sell or share what we measure.

We use two measurement tools. Vercel Speed Insights shows us how fast our own pages load for real visitors, so we can fix the slow ones. It sets no cookies and cannot identify you or follow you across sites. Each measurement records the page you were on, a load-speed reading, your browser, device type and operating system, rough network speed, and your country. Ahrefs Web Analytics counts page views so we know which guides people read. Ahrefs states that it uses zero cookies and collects no personal data (ahrefs.com/web-analytics, checked September 7, 2026). Neither tool ties anything to your name, your email, or your IP address.

The quote form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell a person from a bot before we price a shipment. Most visitors see nothing; a suspicious visitor gets one checkbox. Cloudflare says the cookies its bot-protection sets are "strictly necessary to provide the services requested by our customers" and that "Cloudflare does not track users from site to site or from session to session" (Cloudflare Cookies reference, checked September 17, 2026). Turnstile loads only on this quote page, and only once you start filling the form.

The freight tools on this site (the freight class estimator and the mode sizer) run in your browser. What you type into them is not sent to us or to anyone else.

How we protect it

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you share and limit access to the people who need it to serve you. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you have shared, or to stop contacting you, by emailing initial.quotes@get-express.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
